MEET OUR TEAM

Jessica Barber –
Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Clinic Manager

Growing up on the Liverpool Plains I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle and right
throughout my school years I knew I would move in to a career in the health industry.

Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science seemed like the perfect fit and followed up with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) I haven’t looked back. I have worked with 360 Health Clinic since 2015 and have just returned from an 18 month hiatus on the beautiful Mid North Coast where I surprised myself by becoming hooked on rowing surfboats!

I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, paediatric exercise programming and working with individuals with a disability. My passion for the industry continues to grow as each day I get to support individuals through their health journey to improve their quality of life.

Brittany Bates –
Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Coming from the small country town of Tenterfield, I have seen many family and close
friends directly impacted by the inaccessibility of health and rehabilitative services in rural areas. From a young age, I knew I wanted to play a role in the health system and one day be able to offer these services in smaller communities to help those struggling with chronic illness and injury.

My passions and interests lay within chronic disease management; particularly cancer, mental health, musculoskeletal injuries and paediatric care and providing exercise programs to cater for the individual needs of my clients. I believe being active plays a big role in holistic health and happiness. In my spare time, I enjoy water skiing, playing sport, spending time with friends and hanging out with my dog Diego.

Lucy Gaynor –
Accredited Exercise Physiologist

I have always had a passion for health and fitness and once I finished school I wasn’t sure what path to take. After reading about Exercise Physiology I knew it would be the perfect fit so went one to complete my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of New England.

I am a big believer that “exercise is medicine.” My passion is the use of exercise as a means to improve quality of life. I strive to provide people with the knowledge to take control of their health, making maintaining an active lifestyle easy. My main areas of interest are musculoskeletal rehabilitation and management of metabolic and neurological conditions.

Outside of work I enjoying playing touch football, soccer and spending time with family and friends.
